Got stuck on one of the obstacles last year? Want to improve your time on the course? Why not go through the Tough Bloke Challenge training guide. It’s been put together by the owners of CrossFit BFS and will help you get ready to take the challenge again this year! It’s a 10 week training plan that will take you through your paces, strengthen your muscles (even those you didn’t know you had) and have you ready to tackle the Tough Bloke Challenge Course!
